Job summary

PRI Global in the United States seeks an Inventory Accountant to maintain inventory accuracy across our manufacturing network. You will monitor variances, perform reconciliations, and ensure SOX controls documentation is complete.

This role collaborates with plant operations, finance, and supply chain to drive compliance, support cycle counts, and prepare audit materials. Strong Excel and SAP experience are required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of inventory accounting or inventory control experience.
• Manufacturing environment experience.
• SAP experience.
• SOX and audit support experience.
• Strong Excel skills (pivot tables and lookups).
• Proven inventory variance investigation experience.
• Experience with SAP S/4 Inventory transactions.
• Blackline – balance sheet reconciliations / SOX tasks.

Responsibilities

• Monitor inventory to identify and resolve variances.
• Perform inventory reconciliations and reporting activities.
• Execute and oversee inventory-related SOX controls and documentation.
• Support cycle count and physical inventory processes.
• Monitor inventory adjustments, COGI exceptions, and integrity activities.
• Prepare audit support and follow up on findings.
• Partner with plant operations, finance, and supply chain teams to drive accuracy and compliance.
