Job summary

US Tech Solutions seeks an Inventory Analyst to support manufacturing operations across our network. The role focuses on inventory monitoring, reconciling variances, and executing SOX controls with strong Excel and SAP S/4 experience.

You will partner with plant operations, finance, and supply chain to improve accuracy and control, participate in cycle counts, and prepare audit evidence for compliance. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in inventory accounting or control and excels in pivot

Qualifications

3+ years of inventory accounting or inventory control experience.
Manufacturing environment experience.
SAP experience, preferably SAP S/4.
SOX and audit support experience.
Strong Excel skills (pivot tables and lookups).
Proven inventory variance investigation experience.

Responsibilities

Inventory monitoring and analysis to identify variances.
Inventory reconciliations and reporting activities.
Execution and oversight of inventory-related SOX controls.
Support for cycle count and physical inventory processes.
Monitoring of adjustments, COGI, and other inventory integrity activities.
Preparation of audit support and follow-up on findings.
Partner with plant operations, finance, and supply chain to drive accuracy and compliance.
