Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an accredited undergraduate or graduate program
• Basic computer skills for documentation and communication
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office®

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Process Engineering to support production preventive maintenance (PM) activities
• Evaluate mechanical components of production lines to identify maintenance needs
• Assist in developing weekly, monthly, and annual preventive maintenance schedules
• Support efforts to improve equipment reliability, prevent downtime, and address root causes of recurring issues
• Participate in production improvement and scrap reduction projects to increase efficiency and reduce waste
• Assist with Continuous Improvement (CI) initiatives and safety projects to enhance operational performance and workplace safety

The Role

• Collaborate with Process Engineering to support production preventive maintenance (PM) activities

What You’ll Bring

Essential Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in an accredited undergraduate or graduate program, ideally with a focus in Manufacturing/Engineering, Polymer and/or Food Science, or Supply Chain
• Basic computer skills for documentation and communication
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office®

• Strong teamwork, leadership, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective relationships
