Responsibilities

Assist with day-to-day manufacturing operations, monitor equipment, and support production goals.
Participate in quality control and quality assurance, inspecting products to meet standards.
Identify opportunities to optimize processes, improve efficiency and reduce costs.
Collect and analyze data on manufacturing processes, equipment performance, and quality.
Apply lean manufacturing principles to minimize waste and improve productivity.
Prepare reports, work instructions, and process documentation for consistency.
Adhere to HS&E standards and procedures to ensure safety and compliance.
