Qualifications

Be currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Technology, Mechanics, or other STEM field.
Maintain GPA ≥ 3.0 on a 4.0 scale or equivalent.
Fluent in oral and written English with effective communication skills.
Be able to relocate for the duration of the internship.

Responsibilities

Complete internal projects to deliver customer outcomes and identify business improvements.
Assist engineers with ongoing projects by conducting research, data analysis, and providing technical support.
Participate in the design process, create drawings or prototypes, and contribute to new product development.
Keep accurate records of experiments and prepare documentation as needed.
Collaborate in software development, coding, or programming tasks with engineers.
Work as part of a team and communicate effectively to achieve goals and address technical issues.
Apply HS&E standards to ensure compliance.
