Niagara Water is seeking a Manufacturing Intern in Mesa to participate in a 10-12 week summer program. You will rotate through manufacturing areas, supporting teams with production methods and projects, and develop solutions with a continuous improvement mindset. You will also present internship outcomes to leadership.

Ideal candidates are current juniors or rising seniors pursuing a Bachelor's Degree, with willingness to learn and collaborate across departments in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through multiple manufacturing areas to understand the process.
• Support plant team members and gain hands-on experience with production methods.
• Assist with research on new and existing projects and support major decisions.
• Attend meetings and develop action plans from feedback.
• Collaborate and communicate across all levels of the organization.
• Create a presentation on internship outcomes for department leadership.
