Job summary

Sturm, Ruger & Co., Inc. seeks a Project Manager - Manufacturing Integration to lead major operational initiatives across the facility. You will own the project lifecycle from charter to production stabilization, coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure on-time, in-scope, and within-budget delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related engineering discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years of manufacturing engineering experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated capability to successfully lead and manage engineering projects.
• Demonstrated experience implementing process improvements and leading cross-functional initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead full project lifecycle from charter through production stabilization.
• Define scope, budget, risk profile, and success metrics.
• Develop and maintain integrated project schedules and milestone reviews.
• Drive structured stage-gate reviews with senior leadership.
• Proactively identify and mitigate risks; protect projects from scope creep.
• Align cross-functional stakeholders across Operations, Engineering, Quality, and Supply Chain.
• Oversee readiness and handoff to Operations for steady-state production.
