With 4+ years in instructional design, you will collaborate with experts, manage agile projects, and translate complex concepts into clear learning content.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in instructional design, curriculum development, or eLearning, especially in manufacturing.
• Strong grasp of instructional design principles and adult learning theory.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Articulate, and video design software.
• Excellent communication skills to translate complex concepts into learning content.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with manufacturing experts to identify learning needs and align with business goals.
• Design and develop multi-modal learning assets including eLearning, workshops, simulations, and job aids.
• Use ADDIE and SAM models to create practice-focused learning activities for manufacturing challenges.
• Manage projects with agile design approaches ensuring timely delivery and alignment with priorities.
