Responsibilities

• Collaborate with plant SMEs and HQ teams to identify opportunities to speed capital project adoption.
• Analyze performance data to identify trends, risks and mitigation strategies.
• Facilitate change management processes for new processes and technology integrations.
• Create communication plans to inform employees about upcoming changes and benefits.
