Aufgaben

• Work with safety and quality mindset to improve processes and prevent defects
• Maintain big-picture view of the tire manufacturing process
• Identify and evaluate emerging technologies aligned with innovation strategy
• Conduct feasibility studies, proof-of-concept projects, and demonstrations
• Lead innovation initiatives from ideation to implementation with cross-functional teams
• Develop business cases with ROI and risk assessments
• Analyze existing processes and implement automation to boost productivity and reduce costs
• Collaborate with R&D, engineering, operations and vendors to drive projects
• Communicate technical concepts to diverse audiences and foster innovation culture
• Collect and analyze data to measure impact of initiatives and inform decisions
• Stay current with technology trends and attend conferences/trainings
