Job summary

Hankook Tire seeks a Manufacturing Process Engineer I to join the TP Manufacturing Team in Tennessee. You will learn, support equipment uptime, and develop SOPs to improve efficiency and quality across the tire manufacturing process.

Working with operations and maintenance, you will help reduce waste, cut setup times, and contribute to world-class performance with a safety-first, quality-driven mindset. You will document processes in SAP, build relationships with maintenance and suppliers, and

Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor’s degree in mechanical, electrical, industrial, or related engineering field.
• 0+ years of proven engineering experience in manufacturing.
• Good command of written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Work with a Safety Always mindset to promote continuous improvement of safety and health.
• Improve processes to eliminate defects and increase profitability.
• Develop and maintain a big-picture understanding of the tire manufacturing process within 3 months.
