Job summary

Element Electronics is seeking an Industrial/Manufacturing Engineer to improve manual assembly processes and production efficiency. You will apply Lean methods and data-driven analysis to optimize line layouts, workflow, and labor utilization.

You will develop and maintain manufacturing documentation, support new product introductions and production runs, and collaborate with Production, Quality, and Engineering to enhance safety, quality and cost performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Manufacturing, Mechanical or related engineering field.
• 3-5 years of manufacturing or industrial engineering experience.
• Hands-on manual assembly experience; Lean methods knowledge.

Job description

Improve manual assembly processes, production efficiency, line layouts, workflow, and labor utilization using Lean methods and data-driven analysis. Develop and maintain manufacturing documentation, support new product introductions and production runs, and collaborate with Production, Quality, Engineering, and other teams to improve safety, quality, and cost performance.

Requirements:

A bachelor's degree in Industrial, Manufacturing, Mechanical, or a closely related engineering discipline is required, along with 3-5 years of relevant manufacturing or industrial engineering experience. Candidates need hands-on manual assembly experience, knowledge of Lean methods, and experience with time studies, line balancing, process documentation, and production improvement; consumer electronics experience and Mandarin proficiency are preferred.
