Responsibilities

• Analyze and improve production workflows and assembly processes.
• Conduct root cause analysis and resolve manufacturing issues.
• Create, update, and validate work instructions and manufacturing documentation.
• Validate BOMs and production requirements.
• Develop and implement process improvements.
• Design and support assembly fixtures, jigs, and test equipment.
• Translate engineering drawings and 3D models into manufacturing processes.
• Support engineering change implementation and new product introductions.
• Partner with Quality on process improvements and corrective actions.
• Apply Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement principles.
• Work with vendors and cross-functional teams to improve manufacturing operations.
• Balance multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Occasional domestic travel.
