Job summary

Comrise in Richardson, TX is seeking a Manufacturing HR Business Partner to support the launch and expansion of a US production site. You will partner with site leaders on employee relations, recruiting, and day-to-day people operations, building processes and communications across the site.

The role requires 4+ years of progressive HR experience, knowledge of US employment laws, and the ability to work on-site. A competitive base salary plus bonus and benefits are included.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or related field or equivalent.
• 4+ years HR experience including HRBP or HR Generalist roles.
• Experience handling employee relations and workplace investigations.
• Full-cycle recruiting across multiple roles.
• Working knowledge of US employment laws.
• On-site work in Richardson, TX.

Responsibilities

• Advise managers on employee concerns, performance issues and policies.
• Handle employee relations matters, investigations, documentation and resolution.
• Lead full-cycle hiring for site positions from planning to onboarding.
• Build candidate pipelines with local schools and partners.
• Help develop site policies, manager guidance and communications.
• Support performance reviews, compensation processes, engagement and training.
• Coordinate benefits, payroll, leave and other HR matters.
• Maintain accurate HR records and report hiring trends.
• Ensure site practices comply with employment laws.
