This role provides strategic HR leadership to the plant leadership team, drives organizational design, talent strategies, and workforce planning to support growth and operational excellence. Located on-site at our manufacturing plant in Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin, as a key member of the Plant Leadership Team, you'll serve as the senior HR leader for our gummi candy manufacturing facility in Wisconsin, providing strategic direction while remaining hands‑on in supporting our associates and leaders every day.
The Human Resources Manager – Manufacturing will partner closely with on‑site Manufacturing Operations and the broader Human Resources team to strengthen organizational capability, drive engagement, support business transformation, and ensure our people practices reflect both compliance and our HARIBO values.
