Job summary

AUTOKINITON is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to support our Lebanon, TN plant with coaching for Associates and leadership teams. You will oversee HR functions, develop associates, and drive KPI improvements across turnover, safety, and engagement.

You will partner with plant management to align policies, build development plans for frontline leaders, and manage benefits programs in coordination with Corporate HR.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or Business is required.
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience as a Human Resources Manager within a manufacturing environment.
• Expertise in employment laws, labor relations, safety, benefits administration, and payroll.
• In-depth knowledge of HR policies and procedures based on federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
• Exhibit capacity to multi-task in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while meeting Plant and Corporate objectives and deadlines.
• Lead development and maintenance of Employee Engagement, Retention Management, Performance Management, Teambuilding with a focus on inclusive work environment.
• Excellent organizational, analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Advance proficiency with MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and HRIS.

Responsibilities

• Develop positive Associate relations through effective communication and prompt attention to Associate concerns.
• Serve as HR Business Partner as part of the Plant Management Team.
• Spend time on the Plant floor with Associates to learn manufacturing processes.
• Manage HR reports (Turnover, Headcount, Recruiting, Absenteeism, Safety, Employee Engagement Events) and develop improvement plans for KPIs.
• Utilize Talent Acquisition strategies to fill open Hourly and Salary positions.
• Lead investigations and develop corrective actions including PIPs.
• Assist Leaders in developing retention plans for frontline leadership.
• Oversee the Lebanon Human Resources Team and collaborate with Corporate HR on benefit plans administration.
• Ensure accurate entry of work hours into UKG and align plant practices with policies.
