Job summary

Bel Fuse Inc. seeks an experienced Human Resources leader to guide HR strategy and programs supporting operations and Lean manufacturing practices. You will partner with site leadership to align employee needs with business goals while maintaining compliance with Federal and State laws.

The role involves managing compensation, recruitment, employee relations, and training, with emphasis on AS9100 methodologies and a strong ethical framework.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree in business, HR, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 4 to 5 years’ experience in HR management, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage department goals, objectives, and systems. Develop, recommend, implement and administer HR plan and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with Federal and State labor laws; maintain files, records and reports.
• Evaluate HR metrics relative to operations and business goals; propose improvements.
• Plan, organize and control HR activities.
• Oversee payroll function and ensure processes comply with controls.
• Conduct recruitment for exempt and non-exempt personnel and for students/temporary staff.
