Castelion in Rio Rancho, NM seeks a Human Resources Manager to launch and support people operations at a new manufacturing facility during rapid growth. You will partner with site leadership to build a high-performing workforce and ensure flawless day-to-day HR operations.

You will lead employee relations, non-exempt workforce support, compliance, and site growth initiatives, shaping culture, policy, and data-driven decisions.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
• 6+ years of progressive Human Resources experience.
• 3+ years supporting manufacturing or other operational environments with non-exempt populations.
• Strong experience coaching managers through employee relations, investigations, and performance management.
• Deep understanding of wage and hour laws affecting hourly employees.
• Experience partnering with Operations leaders in fast-paced environments.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal direction.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

• Lead complex employee relations matters and performance management activities with compliant resolutions.

• Support rapid site growth by coordinating hiring, onboarding, and workforce readiness objectives.
• Execute core HR programs (performance reviews, compensation, promotions, development) with accuracy and timeliness.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state (New Mexico), and company employment requirements; lead audits and investigations.
