Job summary

Adecco is seeking an HR Generalist to join our Bridgeport, CT team on a temporary, onsite basis. The role covers employee relations, recruitment, benefits management, and compliance to support a manufacturing environment.

The ideal candidate has 3-5+ years of HR Generalist experience, an Associate’s Degree in HR or Business, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting with confidentiality and discretion.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of HR Generalist experience.
• Experience in Manufacturing Plant a BIG PLUS.
• Associate’s Degree in HR or Business preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as HR contact and assist with questions from floor shop employees to management level.
• Help resolve employee issues/concerns. Stay calm under pressure.
• Manage current benefits program.
• Ensure compliance with human resources policies and procedures.
