Adecco is seeking an HR Generalist to join our Bridgeport, CT team on a temporary, onsite basis. The role covers employee relations, recruitment, benefits management, and compliance to support a manufacturing environment.

The ideal candidate has 3-5+ years of HR Generalist experience, an Associate’s Degree in HR or Business, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting with confidentiality and discretion.

HR Generalist – Temporary | Onsite | $35-$50/hr (doe) | Bridgeport, CT

Our client, an established manufacturing company in Bridgeport, CT is looking for a HR Generalist.

Summary

Hands-on HR Generalist responsible for Employee Relations, Recruitment, Benefits, and Compliance.

Responsibilities

• Serve as HR contact and assist with answering any questions from floor shop employees to management level.
• Help resolve employee issues/concerns. Stay calm under pressure.
• Manage current benefits program.
• Ensure compliance with human resources policies and procedures.

Requirements

• 3-5+ years of HR Generalist experience. Experience in Manufacturing Plant a BIG PLUS.
• Associate’s Degree in HR or Business preferred.
• Able to work independently and manager multiple responsibilities in fast-paced environment.
• Able to interact with confidence, build trust and rapport and provide advice.
• Demonstrate problem-solving skills.
• Able to maintain a high degree of confidentiality and integrity.
• Strong time management and intermediate computer skills (Microsoft Office).
• Solid verbal and written communication skills.

Pay Details

$35.00 to $50.00 per hour
