Job summary

KMC Stampings in Port Washington, WI is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to own full-cycle recruiting for non-exempt roles, partner with leaders on workforce planning, retention, performance management, and HR programs in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

You will build relationships across the organization, enhance the employee experience, ensure compliance, and support company goals while maintaining knowledge of employment laws.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field or equivalent
• Experience with HRIS/ATS and MS Office
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results
• Strong interpersonal, analytical and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for non-exempt roles and support exempt hiring.
• Partner with managers to define job duties and qualifications; create accurate descriptions.
• Source candidates through networks, job boards and social media.
• Build relationships with schools and community groups to identify talent.
• Support retention initiatives and employee engagement efforts.
• Oversee performance review processes to ensure consistency and compliance.
• Address HR policy questions and escalate complex issues as needed.
