Qualifications

• 3-5 years of HR experience, with part/all of that experience in manufacturing.
• Ability to deal with information/situations in a highly confidential manner.
• Experience with employee relations and conflict resolution.

Responsibilities

• Administer a timekeeping system and complete light payroll duties.
• Manage the FMLA process including tracking and reviewing requests.
• Conduct recruitment efforts for hourly personnel and temporary employees.
• Perform benefits administration and assist with worker's compensation.
• Complete HR administrative duties such as maintaining employee files.
