Qualifications
3-5 years of HR experience, with part/all of that experience in manufacturing.
Ability to deal with information/situations in a highly confidential manner.
Experience with employee relations and conflict resolution.
Responsibilities
Administer a timekeeping system and complete light payroll duties.
Manage the FMLA process including tracking and reviewing requests.
Conduct recruitment efforts for hourly personnel and temporary employees.
Perform benefits administration and assist with worker's compensation.
Complete HR administrative duties such as maintaining employee files.
