Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of progressive HR experience in a manufacturing/industrial setting.
• Strong knowledge of federal and Kentucky state labor laws and HR regulatory requirements.
• Proficiency with HR systems such as Oracle and Workday, plus Excel for data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Provide HR consultation to frontline and mid-level leaders on performance management and employee engagement.
• Manage day-to-day HR operations and respond to employee inquiries while maintaining data integrity.
• Handle employee relations and support investigations in collaboration with Senior ER Specialist.
• Support HR Business Partners in local workforce planning and key life-cycle processes.
