Ford Energy, a Ford Motor Company subsidiary, is seeking a Plant Sr. HR Associate to blend operations with employee advocacy in a fast-paced startup environment. You will support HR processes, assist investigations, and foster a positive workplace culture across the manufacturing plant.

This role partners with plant leadership to ensure policy compliance, timekeeping accuracy, and data-driven HR decisions, while driving lean improvements and employee engagement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Organizational Development, or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in manufacturing, construction, or fast-paced environment.
• 1–2 years in HR, admin, customer service, or fast-paced office environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word) and SharePoint.

Responsibilities

• Lead employee relations and partner with plant leadership to implement HR initiatives.
• Support investigations and ensure fair application of policy.
• Drive employee engagement and DEI programs, plus floor-walks for HR visibility.
• Manage timekeeping, payroll accuracy, and attendance policy compliance.
• Oversee onboarding, talent planning and safety-related HR activities.
