Inabia Software & Consulting Inc. in Abilene, TX is seeking an HR Business Partner to lead human resources initiatives in a manufacturing environment. This onsite role partners with plant leadership to drive workforce planning, performance, and employee relations.

You will manage onboarding, recruitment, retention, and HR projects that improve processes and KPIs. A strong HR Generalist background with manufacturing experience is essential.

Qualifications

• Strong capability in HR projects, process improvement, and SOP-related implementations.

Responsibilities

• Lead HR Business Partner or HR Manager activities in a manufacturing/plant setting.
• Support plant leadership and manufacturing employees across the HR lifecycle.
• Oversee onboarding, recruitment, retention, and interviewing processes.
• Drive complex HR projects from initiation to completion.
• Improve HR processes, workflows, and automation where possible.
• Develop SOPs and implement HR-related changes.
• Track HR metrics, KPIs, and data-driven insights.
• Translate business objectives into HR initiatives and strategies.
• Manage stakeholder relations and employee relations issues.
• Mentor and develop junior HR team members.

Key Requirements

• Supporting plant leadership and manufacturing employees

• HR process improvement, workflow optimization, and automation
• SOP development/redesign and process implementation
• HR metrics, KPIs, and data analysis
• Strategic planning and translating business objectives into HR initiatives
