Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year of manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to track inventory in a computer.
• Able to communicate with team and follow safety regulations.
• Must be organized, detail oriented and able to multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Review work schedule and check equipment and supplies required for the work.
• Prepare for operations and complete necessary handoffs from the previous shift.
• Clean area and secure equipment and machinery; complete paperwork.
• Assist or operate machinery to achieve performance targets.
• Assist with upset conditions and equipment operation.
• Meet production, waste and quality goals.
• Work as part of a team and adhere to safety and environmental guidelines.
• Follow plant policies and participate in special projects as needed.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with privacy standards.
