Job summary

The Kraft Group in Red Lion, PA is seeking a General Helper to safely perform a wide range of tasks, including quality checks, material setup, assisting crew members and maintaining an organized workspace.

The role is full-time, first shift, with an hourly wage and a focus on safety, teamwork and meeting production goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least one year manufacturing experience preferred.
• Good computer skills, ability to track inventory in a computer.
• Able to communicate with all team members and adhere to safety regulations.
• Must be team player, organized and detail oriented.
• Able to multi task in an environment with frequent changing priorities.
• Able to read a tape measure and use a wrench.
• Ability to operate a fork truck and/or clamp truck is preferred.
• Able to meet company quality and performance standards for job as specified.
• Must have attention to detail and focused concentration.
• Must be able to complete tasks that require a particular speed or productivity quota.
• Must be able to adhere to process protocol and must be able to apply established protocols in a timely manner.
