Job summary

FastTek Global Group Leader (Manufacturing) in Lockport, NY, onsite, full-time role leading Production, Quality, or Global Supply Chain to ensure safe, efficient operations.

Responsibilities include daily operations, safety, and quality initiatives, team leadership, performance management, and change management in a fast-paced plant. Prior leadership and shift-work readiness are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of managerial experience.
• Experience leading people, solving complex problems, and making decisions.
• Strong interpersonal and conflict-management skills.
• Basic computer skills (email, Word, typing).
• Willingness to work rotating shifts and weekends.
• Military background is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage daily manufacturing operations and adjust plans as needed.
• Drive safety, quality, productivity, and cost performance (SPQRCE focus).
• Lead teams, manage performance, resolve conflict, and drive accountability.
• Oversee production, quality inspections, problem-solving, and built‑in‑quality initiatives.
• Manage change and ambiguity in a fast‑paced environment.
