Techneeds LLC is seeking a Machine Operator for our manufacturing client in the Upper Valley region of New Hampshire. The role focuses on operating and monitoring production equipment, ensuring quality, and maintaining a safe work environment.

You will troubleshoot equipment, perform routine setups, and collaborate with team leaders to hit production goals. A strong focus on safety, continuous improvement, and teamwork is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing or machine operation.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and OSHA requirements.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM
