Job summary

Techneeds LLC in the Upper Valley region seeks an Assembler to join a long-standing manufacturing facility. The role involves assembling bearing components, pre-assembly inspection, and final packaging, with emphasis on quality and accurate documentation.

Candidates should read technical prints, use gauges and measuring tools, and contribute to a team focused on precision. Monday–Friday, first shift, 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM, Lebanon, NH.

Qualifications

• Basic math competency and the ability to quickly learn new processes, procedures, and machines/gauges.
• Exceptional attention to detail in quality control of parts and paperwork.
• Experience working in a manufacturing environment is highly beneficial.
• Ability to read and interpret technical prints and work instructions.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for assembling bearing components through pre-assembly inspection, mechanical and sub-assembly work, etching, final inspection, and packaging. You’ll use your skills in reading and interpreting prints, working with gauges and measuring tools, and maintaining a keen eye for quality to ensure every part meets the company’s high standards.

This position offers a great opportunity for those with manufacturing experience to work in an environment that values precision, teamwork, and attention to detail. You will be part of a dedicated team operating on a consistent first-shift schedule from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
