Staffmark Group in Corona, CA is hiring a Manufacturing Grinder to operate grinding equipment, monitor product quality, and help produce consistent results in a fast-paced production environment.

The role requires reading work instructions, following safety procedures, and collaborating with team members. Pay ranges from $21.78 to $23.34 per hour, with a 5am-1:30pm schedule and potential shift differential up to $1.00 for the 2nd shift, plus comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred with technical training beneficial.
• Relevant fabrication or grinding experience may be considered.
• Ability to read work instructions and production schedules.

Responsibilities

• Grinds and smooths welded seams using grinding and sanding equipment.
• Uses hand tools to complete grinding and finishing tasks safely.
• Deburrs parts and prepares parts for outside processing as required.
• Monitors quality and ensures production standards are met.
