Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Technical training or manufacturing education is beneficial.
• Experience operating manufacturing or production equipment.
• Ability to read work instructions, production schedules, and basic technical documentation.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to monitor equipment for proper operation.
• Commitment to workplace safety, attention to detail, and dependable attendance.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate centerless grinding machines.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
• Adjust grinding wheels, regulating wheels, guides, and machine settings.
• Monitor grinding operations and adjust for quality and accuracy.
• Inspect finished parts using precision measuring tools.
• Troubleshoot machine, tooling, and grinding issues.
• Maintain production and quality standards.
• Perform in-process and final inspections.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all safety and quality procedures.
