Kinetic Personnel Group is seeking a Grinder for the 2nd shift in Corona, CA. You will grind and finish sheet metal and enclosures, prep parts for outside processing, and keep a clean, safe workspace.

The role requires 2+ years grinding experience, strong communication, attention to detail, multitasking ability, and a high school diploma or equivalent preferred. Pay is $21-$23 per hour, with opportunities for lean manufacturing practices and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Grinding experience within Manufacturing or metal finishing.
• Good communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and self-motivated.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Grind and finish metal using grinders, sanders, and Timesavers.
• Use hand tools and pneumatic grinders.
• Prepare parts for outside processing.
• Maintain an organized 5S work area and follow lean manufacturing practices.
• Follow safety procedures and wear required PPE.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
