CiresiMorek is seeking a General Manager to take full responsibility for the performance, profitability, and ongoing development of the business unit in the Los Angeles area. This leader will align manufacturing, materials, maintenance, and supporting functions around common business objectives to drive sustainable growth.

The role requires 7+ years of progressive manufacturing operations leadership with P&L ownership, plus an MBA or advanced degree.

Responsabilidades

• Take ownership of business unit performance with an emphasis on profitability, operational execution, and sustainable growth.
• Establish a results‑oriented operating environment centered around safety, quality, delivery, cost, and customer expectations.
• Optimize manufacturing, materials, and maintenance activities to improve throughput, reduce operating costs, and strengthen overall plant performance.
• Identify and execute opportunities to improve the organization’s competitive position through Lean Manufacturing and process improvement.
• Translate financial and operational performance into actionable priorities that improve P&L results and support business objectives.
