Role Purpose

The General Manager / Commercial Leader of the Los Angeles operation will lead our $15M plant, high-mix manufacturing business. This executive is accountable for profitability, key customer relationships, scalability, quality systems, and supplier performance. This role will design, implement, and continuously improve the enterprise manufacturing systems - spanning production planning, job costing, quality, capacity, and supplier integration - that enable the company to operate a scalable, high-performance manufacturing platform. The successful candidate will be a visible leader on the production floor, committed to operational excellence, customer success, and developing people while driving sustainable business

Scope of Responsibility
