CiresiMorek is seeking a General Manager for its Wichita location to drive performance, profitability, and development of the manufacturing operations. This leader will ensure production, quality, inventory control, maintenance, and supporting functions align with business objectives.

The successful candidate will bring 10+ years of progressive manufacturing leadership, experience in an aerospace supplier context, and an MBA or advanced degree.
