Job summary

Aqueous Vets LLC in Redding, CA is seeking a General Manager to lead the site P&L and own all functions including manufacturing, purchasing, quality and EHS. The role focuses on driving continuous improvement, cost reduction and world-class KPI performance.

Reporting to the VP of Operations & Supply Chain, the GM will develop budgets, implement lean manufacturing initiatives, and lead a team to exceed safety, quality and delivery targets at the Redding facility.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of leadership experience in industrial manufacturing.
• Experience leading broad site operations including manufacturing, purchasing, planning, quality, EHS, and process optimization.
• Experience in forecasting, budgeting, and P&L management.
• Demonstrated ability to develop associates to achieve goals and drive accountability.
• Experience applying Lean Manufacturing concepts to reduce cost and improve productivity.

Responsibilities

• Lead operations for the Redding site, including budget development and manufacturing strategies.
• Drive continuous improvement, cost reduction, and lean initiatives across functions.
• Develop and monitor site metrics (safety, quality, production, labor, and materials).
• Coach leadership and foster strong internal and external stakeholder relationships.
• Promote a culture of ownership, accountability, and data-driven problem solving.
