Qualifications

• 5+ years of manufacturing or production operations experience.
• 3+ years of progressive leadership managing supervisors.
• Strong scheduling, capacity planning, and labor utilization.
• Experience in fast-paced manufacturing environments.
• Ability to drive accountability and process improvements.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and production management systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily production operations to ensure safety, quality, productivity, and on-time completion.
• Oversee production schedules, workflow, and labor utilization.
• Coach and develop production supervisors and team members.
• Conduct regular floor walks to monitor progress and identify issues.
• Identify bottlenecks and resolve resource constraints.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Purchasing, Quality, PM, and Sales to keep production moving.
• Monitor KPIs, scorecards, and performance metrics.
• Participate in hiring, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions.
• Lead daily, weekly, and monthly production meetings.
• Communicate priorities and schedule changes across departments.
• Assist leadership with capacity planning and staffing decisions.
• Ensure established processes and quality standards are followed.
• Support root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Promote teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.
