Job summary

Panelmatic, Inc. is seeking a dedicated General Laborer to support a manufacturing site by assisting with manual labor tasks, organizing the shop, and moving materials and equipment.

The role requires physical endurance and a commitment to safety and quality in a fast-paced environment. Candidates should have 2+ years in manufacturing preferred, high school diploma or equivalent, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Must have strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in organizing the shop
• Handle and transport materials and equipment
• Use power tools and machinery (e.g. forklifts) when needed
• Follow instructions from supervisors to perform manual labor tasks
• Report issues with equipment or unsafe conditions
• Maintain a clean and safe work area daily and return tools to proper locations
