Job summary

Panelmatic, Inc. is seeking a dedicated General Laborer to support daily operations at our Houston manufacturing site. You will assist with organizing the shop, moving materials, and operating power tools as needed.

Candidates should have at least two years in manufacturing, a high school diploma, good communication, and the ability to pass required checks. A valid driver’s license is needed, and we offer competitive wages and benefits.

Qualifications

• Two+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to pass physical, drug, driving, and background checks.
• Ability to push, pull, and lift 50 lbs or more.
• Ability to sit, stand, and walk for four+ hours.

Responsibilities

• Assist in organizing the shop.
• Handle and transport materials and equipment.
• Use power tools and machinery (e.g., forklifts) when needed.
• Follow supervisors' instructions to perform manual labor tasks.
• Report issues with equipment or unsafe conditions.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area daily and return tools.
