Panelmatic Inc. is seeking a dedicated General Laborer to support manufacturing operations at our facility.

This role assists with organizing the shop, handling materials, and operating power tools as needed, while upholding safety and cleanliness. The ideal candidate has strong organizational and communication skills, a high school diploma or equivalent, and the ability to pass background checks and physical requirements, including lifting up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• High level of organizational and time management skills required.
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal required.
• Ability to pass physical, drug, driving, and background check required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in organizing the shop.
• Handle and transport materials and equipment.
• Use power tools and machinery (e.g. forklifts) when needed.
• Follow instructions from supervisors to perform manual labor tasks.
• Report issues with equipment or unsafe conditions.
• Maintains a clean and safe work area each day and returns tools to their proper locations.
