Job summary

Panelmatic, Inc. is seeking a dedicated and skilled General Laborer to support manufacturing operations at our Ohio site. The role focuses on organizing the shop, handling materials, and safely using power tools and forklifts as needed.

You will follow supervisor instructions, report equipment issues, and maintain a clean, safe work area daily. The ideal candidate has 2+ years in manufacturing, solid organizational skills, a high school diploma, and the ability to pass physical, drug, and

Qualifications

• Two plus years of experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• High levels of organizational and time management skills required.
• High levels of reliability required.
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal required.
• Ability to pass physical, drug, driving, and background check required.
• Ability to physically push, pull, and lift 50lbs or more required.
• Ability to stoop and bend required.
• Ability to sit, stand, and walk for four plus hours at a time required.
• Excellent manual dexterity required.
• Excellent color vision and eyesight required.
• Alignment with company core values required.
• Valid drivers license required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in organizing the shop.
• Handle and transport materials and equipment.
• Use power tools and machinery (e.g. forklifts) when needed.
• Follow instructions from supervisors to perform manual labor tasks.
• Report issues with equipment or unsafe conditions.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area each day and return tools to their proper locations
