Job summary

Whirlpool, Inc. is seeking general labor staff to support multiple manufacturing functions, including material movement and assembly. You will follow work orders, set up machines, and handle materials across the plant to keep production flowing and uphold quality standards.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• 6 months manufacturing experience.
• Ability to stand and walk for 8–12 hours.
• Lift/push/pull/carry up to 40 lbs frequently, up to 50 lbs occasionally.
• Excellent visual acuity for quality monitoring.

Responsibilities

• General assembly of components following work orders or drawings.
• Operate or assist with setup of production machines (presses, conveyors).
• Load, unload, and move materials within the plant.
• Monitor quality and machine operation; perform basic maintenance tasks.
• Support with packing and labeling of finished products.
