Job summary

SPX Technologies and its Engineered Air Movement division, including Cincinnati Fan, are seeking a General Labor team member to support high‑quality fans and blowers for OEMs and industrial applications.

You will perform production tasks such as assembly, material handling, paint line support, packaging, and machine operation while upholding safety and quality standards in a fast‑paced environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with assistance.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive work throughout the shift.
• Basic math and measurement skills.
• Ability to read and follow work instructions.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety rules and maintain clean and orderly work areas.
• Ensure materials, parts, and sizes match work orders and tickets.
• Assemble products according to work instructions and engineering specifications.
• Package finished products for shipment per customer requirements.
• Document work performed using required company procedures.
