Job summary

SPX Technologies, including Cincinnati Fan and Strobic Air Technologies, seeks an assembler to build industrial fans, blowers, and air‑handling equipment following engineering drawings and work instructions. You will use hand and power tools and precision measuring devices while adhering to safety and quality standards.

You will inspect your work, test assemblies, and document issues, collaborating with the manufacturing team to meet production goals and keep equipment in top condition.

Qualifications

• One year of manufacturing, mechanical assembly, or related hands‑on experience preferred.
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to safely use basic hand and power tools.

Responsibilities

• Read and follow work orders, drawings, and bill of materials to complete assembly steps.
• Operate hand and power tools and precision measuring instruments.
• Assemble components and coordinate staging of parts for production.
• Inspect, test, and adjust completed units for fit and quality.
• Maintain clean, safe work areas and follow 5S standards.
