Job summary

SPX Technologies - Cincinnati Fan is a leading manufacturer of industrial fans and blowers, seeking a General Labor team member to build high-quality products for OEMs and industrial applications. You will handle assembly, material handling, painting line support, packaging, and machine operation in a fast-paced environment.

You will work safely to maintain quality standards, participate in a collaborative team, and learn new skills while contributing to efficient production.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds with assistance.
• Able to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive work.
• Basic math and measurement skills.
• Read and follow work instructions.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety rules and maintain clean work areas and equipment.
• Verify materials, sizes, and parts against work orders and tickets.
• Operate and monitor production processes, ensuring quality and productivity.
• Package and prepare finished products according to customer requirements.
• Document work performed using company procedures.
