Job summary

Arlon Graphics, LLC seeks a production associate for a temp-to-hire role in California. You will work on the manufacturing floor, operate basic equipment after training, load and unload materials, and assist the team to meet daily production goals.

Weekly pay is offered, with an air-conditioned workspace and advancement potential. After temp, eligible benefits include medical/dental/vision, 401(k), vacation, sick time, and bonus opportunities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must pass drug screen.
• Must pass background check.
• Must be willing & able to lift 50 lbs.
• Availability to work overtime and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Work on the manufacturing/production floor
• Operate basic equipment and tools after training
• Load, unload, move, and handle materials
• Follow safety and quality procedures
• Keep your work area clean and organized
• Work with your team to meet daily production goals
• Perform physical and repetitive tasks throughout the shift

Temp-to-Hire

$19:00 per hour (1st shift, 6:00am-2:30pm)

$19.50 per hour (2nd shift, 2:00pm-10:30pm)

$20.00 per hour (3rd shift, 10:00pm-6:30am)

*** Mandatory Weekends and must be open to OT ***

Pay Transparency

The current pay rate for this position is between $19.00 - $20.00 per hour. Rate of pay will depend on factors such as market conditions and location, job-related knowledge and skills, education, training and experience. If hired, employment will be at will.
