Arlon Graphics, LLC in California is hiring for a production associate on the manufacturing floor. This temp-to-hire role offers three shifts with pay ranges of $19.00–$20.00 per hour and weekly pay.

OT is required, and a fast pace with team collaboration is expected to meet daily goals. Requirements include a High School Diploma or GED, ability to lift 50 lbs, and the ability to pass drug and background checks.

Temp-to-Hire

$19:00 per hour (1st shift, 6:00am-2:30pm)

$19.50 per hour (2nd shift, 2:00pm-10:30pm)

$20.00 per hour (3rd shift, 10:00pm-6:30am)

Mandatory Weekends and must be open to OT

Pay Transparency

The current pay rate for this position is between $19.00 - $20.00 per hour. Rate of pay will depend on factors such as market conditions and location, job-related knowledge and skills, education, training and experience. If hired, employment will be at will.
