Job summary

PeopleShare by PROMAN is seeking a 3rd Shift Production Associate to operate equipment across production departments and ensure quality, safety, and efficiency. The role offers a Saturday-Friday schedule with 5:00 PM-3:30 AM shifts and unlimited overtime opportunities, with a strong path to permanent placement.

Qualifications

• Ability to accurately read a tape measure (testing required).
• Able to lift 45 lbs regularly and up to 75 lbs occasionally.
• Ability to read and understand English.
• Ability to wear required safety gear throughout 8-10 hour shifts.
• Ability to follow instructions and work flexibly across departments.

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment in various production departments.
• Cut, seam, temper, polish, laminate, and inspect glass products.
• Load finished products onto pallets according to customer orders.
• Follow quality and safety standards at all times.
