Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year manufacturing experience preferred.
• Good computer skills and ability to track inventory.
• Ability to communicate with all team members and follow safety rules.
• Able to multi-task in a changing environment and read a tape measure.
• Ability to operate a fork truck and/or clamp truck is preferred.
• Must meet company quality and performance standards.
• Must adhere to established protocols and timelines.

Responsibilities

• Review work schedule and prepare for operations; verify equipment and supplies.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and complete required paperwork.
• Assist or operate machinery; support during upset conditions; lift as needed.
• Help meet production, waste and quality goals; work well in a team.
• Follow plant safety and environmental guidelines and procedures.
• Accept special projects as business dictates and maintain confidential information.
• Duties may evolve with company policies and needs.
